Review export history

Every successful or failed export is recorded so you can verify that data left the app and where it was written.

Prerequisites​

  • Your data file is unlocked
  • At least one export has been attempted (full export or saved view)

Steps — full Activity timeline​

  1. Open Settings → Activity.
  2. Click the Export filter (or scan the full list for export summaries).
  3. Find the row for the export you care about — summaries include the destination path for full exports, or the saved view name and row count for view exports.
  4. Click the row to open detail for the full path, format, and counts when available.

Steps — recent exports shortcut​

  1. Open Settings → Export.
  2. Under Recent exports, review the short list of the latest export events.
  3. Click View all in Activity (or open Settings → Activity and filter to Export) for the full timeline.

Activity is the complete security timeline. Recent exports under Export settings is a convenience shortcut for the same export events.

Expected result​

  • Export events appear in Settings → Activity with destination path or view name and a timestamp
  • Settings → Export shows a short Recent exports list of the latest export events
  • Failed exports appear in the timeline when an export did not complete
